Clay explained how this wild story came to Bryan and himself, via their producer Ed Cunningham

Shannon Whisnant and John Wood are both really good talkers, so I asked the guys how they were able to get the rest of the families involved.  Once again Ed Cunningham's groundwork paved the way.

The documentary has so many great producers on board.  I asked the fellas about this incredible group that has made the film possible.

I was amazed at how much I flipped flopped my opinion on who was right and Clay talked about how that was what makes this story so interested.

Bryan talked about the wonderful music that is in the documentary.  Music by Dan Romer and Osei Essed,

Clay is no stranger to the film festival circuit with his previous documentaries making SXSW and other great festivals.  I asked about how incredible this doc's journey has been with Sundance, SXSW and Traverse City.

.

The film itself has quite an unexpected emotional ending to these two families and Clay was awesome enough to give us an update on what's been going on with the families.

I asked the guys how working on this documentary has impacted their choices in what is to come next.

At the very end of the credits there is an AWESOME Thanks to a person.  I asked the guys how this was different than "special thanks to".  Bryan explained how this was due to their kickstarter campaign.

I asked Clay about his next documentary, The Gleason Project.

The movie is out now in theaters and on iTunes and On-Demand!  For more information please go, here.
