WTxFF – Interview w/ Festival Director Justina Walford

"Just start one."

So Justina Walford did. And from August 19-21 the Texas Theatre in Oak Cliff will be the home of the inaugural year for the Women Texas Film Festival. If you're expecting romantic comedies where the helpless female is rescued by the dashing gent, think again. These films are a spectrum of extremely diverse subjects and characters. They range from gritty to action packed and, here's something refreshing, coming-of-age stories created by women!

Check out the extra bonus video featuring a montage of films to be screened at the Women Texas Film Festival 2016.
