Cinematographer Emmanuelle Mayer steps into the director chair for the first time on her powerful documentary, A FISH TALE.  The film just screened at the OTHER ISRAEL FILM FESTIVAL and Emmanuelle was kind enough to chat about the film, her background in cinematography/casting and much more!

Johnny lives in Israel, but dreams of returning to Ghana with new knowledge of modern fish-farming. His wife, Thérèse, sees little future for their children in Africa. When their visas expire, tensions rise, leading to an inevitable clash.
