The 8th annual Bentonville Film Festival just finished and here is our interview with one of the award-winning filmmakers. An honorable mention award was given out to Filmmaker Jahmil Eady for her powerful short film, THE BOND. Here is our chat with Jahmil.
Fighting for her last connection in a system designed to isolate her, pregnant Aria applies to an in-prison nursery program. She is determined to keep her baby close, stay sober, and turn her life around but when faced with a drug-dealing cellmate and a dehumanizing environment, Aria finds her dreams for the future are in constant peril.
