JOE KRAEMER

We started our chat by discussing the native New Yorker's memories of his time at Boston's musical Mecca, Berklee College of Music.

Joe's and I talked about his friendships and work with Scott Storm, Bryan Singer and Christopher McQuarrie.

I was curious how Joe's musical work connected with his filmmaker friends.

Joe explained how he got connected to Dallas Chamber Symphony.

We talked about the impact a Chamber Symphony had on Joe's creative choices for the new work.

Joe broke down how he approached writing the music to Sunrise's plot.

I asked Joe if there was a character's theme from one of his many film/tv scores that is a favorite.

And here is that haunting theme for Solomon Lane (Sean Harris).
