Deeya and Tony Singh celebrated the launch of Meri Bhabhi on Star Plus by getting the entire cast together to watch the first episode as a family. It was a moment of camaraderie for Deeya and Tony Singh, Sanket Vanzara, Kanwaljit Singh, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Kanchi Kaul, Priyanka Singh, Esha Kansara, Abhishek Bajaj, Gia Singh of DJ's Creative Unit, cheered on by Girish Malik, Surendra Bhatia and Shabbir Ahluwalia among others.
After the episode, it was time for dance, karaoke, some sumptuous snacks, and juices. The party went on till no one could dance anymore Says Deeya Singh, "for a woman, her father's house is always there for her to return even after marriage. With this show, we are trying to reiterate this fact. It is important for every Indian woman." Agrees Tony, "every parent should tell his daughter that no matter what, she always has a home to come back to and that her parents will always love her.
