After – Interview with Filmmakers Pieter Gaspersz & Sabrina Gennarino & Academy & Golden Globe Nominee Kathleen Quinlan

"A searing study of denial, deception, and self-delusion, After is also a powerful portrait of the lengths we go to protect those we love."  I couldn't agree more.  Click through for phone interviews with After filmmakers Pieter Gaspersz, Sabrina Gennarino and Actress Kathleen Quinlan.

After is a film that takes you on a journey while still keeping a secret until the very end and it's worth the wait.  A powerful take on an event that has impacted so many and has become an important moment in the history of our country.  I started my interview with Pieter and Sabrina who both have a long history with New York.

Sabrina explained how her family were a major inspiration for the Valentino family in the script.

Pieter gave a shout out to his casting team.

I had to ask about getting the double WIRE whammy of John Doman and Pablo Schreiber.

Sabrina was so complimentary towards Kathleen Quinlan, who's performance is a so dynamic.

I chatted with Kathleen Quinlan about tackling this role with only 3 days notice.

Kathleen talked about the qualties of a character that intrigue her the most.

I asked about working with the rest of the "Valentino" family.

We talked about what is coming up next for Kathleen.

Kathleen ended our wonderful chat by declaring herself Half-Texan.  🙂

AFTER is out in LA and New York now and will be expanding this upcoming weekend to Boston, New Jersey and Chi-Town!
