Writer-Director Jean-Marc Minéo returns to Bangkok for his latest feature film, LAST RESORT. Jean-Marc and Actress/Producer Julaluck Ismalone talked with our Gadi Elkon about the film.
The film features a former special forces soldier, Michael, who becomes a one-man-army when his wife, Kim, and daughter, Anna, are taken hostage during a bank robbery. However, the abductors are not after money, but the highly lethal toxin sealed in the bank’s vault. As Michael fights to get his family, he realizes the group is headed by a traitor special forces soldier, Cooper, who will destroy anyone in his way to victoriously gain access to the toxin. Michael tries to beat the clock before the toxin gets in the wrong hands, while millions of lives across the city are hanging in the balance.
Writer/Director Jean-Marc and Actress Julaluck talked about getting to reunite on this film, the close family environment of the shoot, getting to highlight Bangkok and much more.
