LOST ANGEL: THE GENIUS OF JUDEE SILL – Interview with Filmmakers Andy Brown and Brian Lindstrom

Filmmakers Andy Brown and Brian Lindstrom have crafted a comprehensive look into the life and death of artist/musician Judee Sill.  Our Gadi Elkon talked with Andy and Brian about their connection, unearthing Judee’s full story, and so much more!

The never-before-told story of folk-rock icon Judee Sill, who in just two years went from living in a car to appearing on the cover of Rolling Stone. The documentary charts her troubled adolescence through her meteoric rise in the music world and early tragic death. Featuring Linda Ronstadt, Jackson Browne, David Crosby, Graham Nash, Fleet Foxes, David Geffen, and more.

Andy and Brian talked with Gadi about their long history together and how it led to them teaming up to make this film.  The trio discussed Judee’s influence, the amazing musicians and figures interviewed to chat about Judee’s legacy, the mixing of animation with Judee’s real artwork, and so much more!
