OXFF 2017 Interviews with Documentary Filmmakers

One of the real treats of the 2017 Oxford Film Festival was the incredible documentary film groups.  Music docs, short docs and unique genre pushing docs were all on scene at the 14th annual festival.  We sat down with three of those documentary filmmakers and discussed their great work.

Up first we chatted with filmmaker Chris Brown about his unique documentary, THE OTHER KIDS.

Short films have been something I seek out at every festival.  At OXFF 2017 I got to witness the moving short documentary, LIVES RESTARTED by filmmaker Waheed Alqawasmi.

Here is our sitdown interview with Waheed.

And lastly the Oxford Film Festival has found some incredible music docs over the last few years.  This year there were two great ones in TWO TRAINS RUNNING and Wolfgang Pfoser-Almer's LATE BLOSSOM BLUES.  Here is our chat with the Austrian music lover turned documentary filmmaker!
