COVID-19 GROUND ZERO – Interviews with Director/Writer Mustafa Ozgun, Writer/Actor Laura Weissbecker, Actor Brandon Sutton, Composers Marco Valerio Antonini and Elena Maro

Covid-19 Ground Zero is a unique and interwoven hybrid narrative film.  The team behind the movie talked with our Gadi Elkon.

Based on true stories from frontline hospital workers. New York City between Feb. and May 2020; the courageous, heart-wrenching account of a dedicated hospital nurse, Jessie, and her boyfriend Andy, a Broadway technician recently laid off, set against: the chaotic political backdrop, the pandemic that engulfed NYC and the Black Lives Matter protests. A compelling story of love, compassion and determination.

Our Gadi Elkon talked with Director/Writer Mustafa Ozgun, Writer/Actor Laura Weissbecker, Actor Brandon Sutton, Composers Marco Valerio Antonini and Elena Maro.  Laura acted as Mustafa’s French interpreter.
