Nowitzki: The Perfect Shot comes out later this year but it was one of the headline films for the International spotlight of Germany at this year's Dallas International Film Festival.  The film is such a treat in its look into Dirk's life, his family and of course his mentor Holger Geschwindner.  Click through for red carpet and studio interviews with Dirk, Mark Cuban, Michael Finley, Coach Ric Carlisle, Dirk's sister Silke and the producer of the film Leopold Hoesch.

It has been an incredible show over the last 17 years.  Dirk Nowitzki has turned into one of the greatest players in NBA history and yet he is as nice and kind of person as you'd dream about.  But before we jump into the chat with Dirk.  Here is his lovely sister Silke and I on the Red Carpet.

Silke took part in a much more in-depth interview, along with Producer Leopold Hoesch.

I had another in-depth chat with Producer Leopold Hoesch, here.  Former and current teammates came out to support Dirk and Michael Finley gave one of the more enlightening chats about his old buddy.

And here is Coach Carlisle talking about ping-pong and of course Dirk.

And of course here is the great one himself.  DIRRRRRRRRRKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!

Go Mavs, beat those Rockets!
