BURLESQUE DANCE CONTEST this Sunday, October 24, 2010
Show us if you have what it takes to be the best dancer in the country. In select locations nationwide, you’ll be able to present your routine set to a provided music cue. The local winner in each market will become a finalist and be featured here where users can vote for the ultimate champion. The Grand Prize winner will receive $5,000 in cash and the possibility of displaying their skills on MTV!
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Contest open only to amateur dancers who must be between the ages of 13 and 30 and legal residents of the 50 U.S. or DC. Contest begins with the first local dance competition and ends at 6:00 pm ET on 11/11/10. The Contest is subject to the complete Contest Rules available at http://burlesque.mtv.com. WHO: Amateur dancers, ages 13-30
WHAT: National Dance Contest to win cool prizes, including $5,000 and a spot on MTV. All dancers must perform an original one minute, family friendly routine to a provided music cue. All forms of dance are welcome, lyrical, hip-hop, freestyle, jazz, etc.
WHEN: Sunday, October 24 – 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM Check in. 3:00 PM Competition Begins.

Dallas Prize: The winner will score $300 and VIP seating at the advance screening of BURLESQUE for them and 10 guests!
National Prize: $5,000 and a spot on MTV!
