This Friday September 25th DEEP IN THE HEART 2: TEXAS RIVERS will open in theaters. Debuting 4 years after Deep In The Heart: Wildlife Story, this documentary film returns us to the scenic backdrop and amazing wildlife of the Lone Star State’s mighty waterways. Our Gadi Elkon was able to speak with the doc’s Lead Cinematographer Austin Alvarado and Editor Sam Klatt about the importance of those waterways for the state, the country and all of us.

Gadi spoke with Cinematographer Austin Alvarado and Editor Sam Klatt about their initial connections to Filmmaker Ben Masters and how they became members of the his Fin and Fur Films production company. Austin and Sam explain that these documentaries are about more than just visual showcase; they are impactful films that incite thoughtful change around the future of our natural landscapes.
