This November 4th school is back in session as HBO MAX premiere’s HEAD OF THE CLASS. The revamped take on the 80’s classic is from the minds of Amy Pocha and Seth Cohen with the backing of Bill Lawrence, Jeff Ingold and all the might of HBO Max. I had the wonderful pleasure to chat with one of the young stars of the show. Meet DIOR GOODJOHN who plays Robyn Rook on the new series.
This series revolves around a group of overachieving high school students who meet their greatest challenge — a teacher, Alicia Adams (Isabella Gomez ), who wants them to focus less on grades and more on experiencing life.
Teenager Dior Goodjohn has been modeling and acting in since she was a wee babe (8th months old to be exact!), but the HBO Max show is her first series. She plays Robyn Rook who is the sarcastic and quick-witted gamer who is one of the leaders of the debate class that is showcased in the show. Dior was awesome enough to chat with me about the role, getting to work with comedic icons like Bill Lawrence, and so much more.
