Production Stills of Big Tex in “STATE FAIR” (1962)

Today we lost a Texas icon.  This morning Big Tex caught on fire and burned to the ground at the State Fair of Texas.  No one was hurt in the fire.  Big Tex was a movie star as he apperared in the 1962 Rodgers and Hammerstein film "STATE FAIR".   Below are some producation stills that were provided to us by the State Fair of Texas last year when they celebrated the film.
