Before you click through to our Top 15 Films of 2015 list be warned that Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Quentin's 8th masterpiece and Steven Spielberg's Bridge of Spies didn't make it. But I'm more torn up that Rick Famuyiwa's witty coming-of-age tale just missed out on the top 15. Another fun film that just missed the Top 15 list was Writer/Director Craig Zahler's gritty gorefest, Bone Tomahawk. The film fully showcases Kurt Russell's epic 2015 facial dominance and has one of the wildest wishbones ever filmed. 2015 has been an intriguing and entertaining year in film that's highlighted some old and new talents. Before we jump head first into the top films, here are a few other observations.

Best Actor: Bryan Cranston (Trumbo), Eddie Redmayne (The Danish Girl), Tom Hardy (Legend), Christopher Abbott (James White), & Ian McKellen (Mr. Holmes).

Best Actress: Cate Blanchett (Carol), Brie Larson (Room), Rooney Mara (Carol), Saoirse Ronan (Brooklyn) & Bel Powley (Diary of a Teenage Girl).

Best Supporting Actor: Sly Stallone (Creed), Michael Shannon (99 Homes), Mark Rylance (Bridge of Spies), Michael Keaton (Spotlight) & Jacob Tremblay (Room).
