UNBROKEN – Interview with Filmmaker Beth Lane

Filmmaker Beth Lane talked with our Gadi Elkon about her documentary, UNBROKEN.

UnBroken chronicles the seven Weber siblings who evaded certain capture and death, and ultimately escaped Nazi Germany following their mother’s incarceration and murder at Auschwitz. After being hidden in a laundry hut by a benevolent farmer, the children spent two years on their own in wartorn Germany.

Beth and Gadi talked about her Uncle Alfons contribution, continuing the Weber story, and why this Holocaust doc is important right now!

Interview with Filmmaker Beth Lane:

UNBROKEN just world premiered at Heartland International Film Festival with screening through this afternoon and also held its West Coast Premiere this Friday at Newport Beach Film Festival.

The film has its East Coast Premiere at DOC NYC on November 12th & 13th.
