Writer/Director J.T. Walker and Actor David Morse spoke with our Gadi Elkon about the new feature film BROKEN LAND.
Carson Tidwell (David Morse) wants nothing more than to be left alone on his rural Texas ranch. When he accidentally shoots a pregnant migrant worker crossing his land, he feels compelled to protect her from his estranged Border Patrol agent son. As she recovers, a bond forms that ultimately heals them both.
Gadi started his conversation with JT and David by discussing this being Walker’s feature film debut. Gadi asked David about his history of working with filmmakers on their feature debuts. Both JT and David discussed Texas, car, hats, and crafting this moving drama.
